Free tracked shipping on orders over $50.
Every HOSHI order over $50 ships free and tracked, straight from our Gold Coast warehouse.
Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. Every parcel is tracked from the moment it leaves us until it lands at your door.
We're an Aussie brand shipping from an Aussie warehouse. No overseas fulfilment, no surprise customs fees, no weeks of waiting.
Same-day dispatch (before 1pm AEST).
Order before 1pm AEST on a business day and your lamp ships the same day.
Order after 1pm and it goes out the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday morning.
You'll get a tracking link the second your parcel leaves us. No wondering, no chasing.
Delivery times.
Once your order ships, expect it to land within:
✦ East coast metro (SYD, MEL, BNE, GC): 2 to 3 business days
✦ South Australia, Tasmania, ACT metro: 3 to 5 business days
✦ WA, NT, regional Australia: 4 to 7 business days
✦ Remote areas: allow up to 10 business days
We use Aramex and Australia Post depending on your postcode. Both provide full tracking and give us the best coverage across the country.
How to track your order.
The moment your lamp ships, you'll get an email with your tracking link. You can also track anytime by:
✦ Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
✦ Logging into your HOSHI account and viewing your order
✦ Emailing us at ryley@hoshilighting.com.au with your order number
If your tracking hasn't updated in a couple of days, don't panic. Sometimes parcels move faster than tracking systems refresh. If it's been more than 5 business days since your last tracking update, message us and we'll chase it up.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your lamp arrives damaged, or if the wrong item shows up, message us at ryley@hoshilighting.com.au with a photo and your order number.
We'll replace it and cover return shipping. Full stop. That's what "real humans on standby" actually means.
For lost or missing parcels, we'll work with the carrier to locate it, and if it can't be found, we'll send you a replacement or refund your order. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
International orders.
We're currently only shipping within Australia. If you're overseas and want a HOSHI lamp, drop your email into our newsletter and we'll let you know the moment we ship internationally.
