The Donut is the one that changes the whole room. Not a bit of light in the corner. The glow that everything else gets arranged around.
Cordless or corded, your call. Lift it off the base and take it anywhere with no plug in sight, or keep it powered in its spot for good. Touch control colour temperatures that run the full way from deep warm dark to clean bright, so it works for the slow evening and the switched-on afternoon.
The glow? Rich, warm, room-filling. The range?
The easy yes for:
- The living room that deserves better than a ceiling light
- The bedside that sets the mood before the room even knows it's night
- The shelf, the console, the corner that's been waiting for a glow
- Anywhere you want colour and warmth on demand, cord or no cord
Founders note: ours sits just behind the TV for ultimate ambient vibes.
Every order over $50 ships free and tracked, straight from our Gold Coast warehouse. No minimum spend. No fine print.
Same-day dispatch (before 1pm AEST)
Order before 1pm AEST and your lamp ships the same day. After that, next business day. You'll get a tracking link the second it leaves us.

Damaged or faulty?
That's on us, not you. We cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately. Just send us a photo and we'll sort it.
A quick note: For change-of-mind returns, the lamp needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we don't ask why.
Plug it in. Don't worry about it.
Every HOSHI lamp is independently tested and certified to Australian electrical safety standards before it ships from our Gold Coast warehouse. That's a chunk of why we cost slightly more than the lookalike on Temu or Amazon, and it's the part of the brand we won't compromise on (legally and morally!).

Yes the LED is built in. Nothing to buy separately.
Yes — fully dimmable via touch control. Tap to switch on/off, hold to dim.
Yep — that's the whole point. Lift The Donut off its base and it runs cordless, up to 6 hours per full charge. Recharge via USB.
At 22.5cm across it sits happily on most bedside tables — and it wall-mounts too.
You'll get a person. Promise.
No bots. No chat widget that loops you in circles. No "we'll get back to you in 3–5 business days." When you message HOSHI, you talk to actual humans on the Gold Coast — usually Holly or Ryley.
The promise:
- Average reply time: under 1 hours, business hours (often much faster)
- After-hours messages get a reply first thing next morning
- We answer everything: sizing, lighting advice, "will this work in my space" guidance, returns, the lot
How to reach us:

- 💬 Instagram DM: @hoshilighting
We genuinely love talking about lighting. Message us — even if it's just to ask whether The Bubble would suit your weird corner 😂
