Damaged or faulty?
That's on us, not you. We cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately. Just send us a photo and we'll sort it.
A quick note: For change-of-mind returns, the lamp needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we don't ask why.

Every HOSHI lamp is independently tested and certified to Australian electrical safety standards before it ships from our Gold Coast warehouse. That's a chunk of why we cost slightly more than the lookalike on Temu or Amazon, and it's the part of the brand we won't compromise on (legally and morally!).
